These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Conexly ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Conexly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use Conexly only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are between customers and service providers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We are not responsible for service quality or provider performance.

4. Providers

Providers must provide accurate business and identity information. We may verify providers and suspend accounts that violate our policies.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by service. Any applicable refund policies will be shown at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features belong to Conexly and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, upload harmful content, or violate any laws while using Conexly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Conexly is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues arising from third-party providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform or users.

10. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in during account creation or phone-based login, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Conexly, sent via automated technology, including one-time verification codes, booking confirmations and reminders, account notifications, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
